The term “flourishing” is derived from positive psychology. Flourishing is a measure of individual wellbeing.
Being a flourishing lawyer is about succeeding in the law while maintaining your wellbeing.
It is coaching for lawyers provided by a lawyer.
Meeting regularly with a coach can help you achieve a goal,
lift your performance, improve your wellbeing or get a different perspective on a problem that is challenging you.

I have over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and executive. I have practised in work health and safety, personal injury, employment law, industrial relations and administrative law.
I now use evidence-based coaching to help lawyers and other professionals achieve goals; deal with difficult situations or people; increase their self-belief; develop key abilities; and enhance enjoyment of life and work.
My experience as a lawyer helps me understand the challenges which my clients deal with every day.
I am involved in mentoring lawyers through the Law Society of NSW mentoring schemes and I am a member of the Beyond Blue Ambassadors and Speakers Program.

Is coaching for you?
You don’t need to be a CEO or a partner to benefit from a coach. Studies have shown coaching to be productive for school principals, students, health workers, government employees and lawyers.
Coaching sessions are reasonably priced and can be conducted in the Sydney CBD or North Sydney. Other locations can be arranged by agreement.
